Made to order

We don't warehouse our goods - every item is produced when you order it. That keeps our designs weird and our catalog deep, and it means there are two clocks on your order: production, then transit.

Free US shipping, every order

Shipping is free on every US order, with no minimum. No threshold to hit, no surprise line at checkout. What you see on the product page is what you pay.

Ordering from outside the US? Your shipping cost shows at checkout, based on where you are and how many items you order.

Production time

2-7 business days for most items. Apparel and drinkware are usually at the fast end; specialty pieces can take a little longer during peak seasons.

Transit time

3-8 business days after production, anywhere in the United States. International orders take longer, depending on the destination and customs.

Where we ship

We ship across the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses, and to many countries around the world.

Each item ships from the print partner that makes it, so a few pieces (like our mugs and metal signs) can only go to the US and Canada. Checkout tells you right away if an item can ship to your address.

International orders may owe import duties or taxes on arrival. Those are set by your country and paid on delivery.

Tracking

You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves production. Tracking can take 24-48 hours to start updating - that's normal and not a reason to worry.

Multiple items

Orders with several items may ship in separate packages and arrive on different days. You're never charged extra for a split shipment.

Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can update an address only before production begins - email dastardlyduodesigns@gmail.com right away if you spot a mistake.

Holidays

Production and carrier times stretch during the holiday season. We post cutoff dates on our home page each year. Order early and you'll be glad you did.
